Event coordinators are excited to connect with the community through this event.
“As a woman veteran, I look forward to enriching our community by helping them become better educated and enlightened about matters that impact their well-being,” said Michele Hammond, chair of the National Trends and Services Facet – The Links, Incorporated.
The event will allow women veterans to prioritize their well-being, gain valuable information about benefits, engage in educational activities, and explore trauma recovery. Activities include line dancing, soothing chair yoga, mindfulness exercises, and music therapy.
Attendees will also learn essential information about nutrition and healthy eating.
